IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) is used to treat sun damage, superficial hyperpigmention, and rosacea.

 

Commonly used on the face, neck, shoulders, back, and hands. The light penetrates the skin at a range of wavelengths that targets red and brown spots, resulting in a more even skin tone. IPL also brightens the skin.

 

Depending on the severity of the symptoms, results can be seen in one to three treatments. At Off The Hook Laser and Spa, we have a Janssen IPL but usually find our techs preferring the Cynosure Elite plus as the results are often more predictable!
